- Membership is $150 per year.
- Free Rewards members earn 5% cashback and receive free shipping on orders of $75 or more. Paid Membership increases cashback to 20%, removes the shipping minimum, and adds premium benefits including free embroidery, a $150 welcome credit, early access, VIP service, and an anniversary gift.
- Purchase the annual membership while signed in to your Monica + Andy account, or create an account during signup. Use the same email address you use when shopping so your membership, cashback, and credits stay connected.
- Yes. Your account is how we connect your membership benefits, cashback, credits, and purchase history to you.
- Your membership benefits begin once your membership purchase is complete and connected to your Monica + Andy account.
- Paid members earn 20% back in Monica + Andy credit on eligible purchases. Free Rewards members earn 5% back. For example, $100 in eligible spend earns a paid member $20 in cashback to use on a future purchase.
- Cashback is added to your Monica + Andy account after your purchase is completed and can be used toward a future order.
- Sign in to your Monica + Andy account before checkout. Your available cashback will appear with your account rewards and can be applied toward an eligible purchase.
- Cashback expires 12 months after it is earned. Once cashback expires, it cannot be reinstated.
- Cashback is earned on the eligible amount you actually pay after discounts, cashback, and other credits are applied. Taxes and shipping are excluded from cashback earnings.
- Cashback and promotional discounts may be subject to offer-specific restrictions. If a promotion cannot be combined with cashback, that restriction will be shown with the offer or at checkout.
- You keep your existing available cashback when you upgrade, as long as you use the same email address associated with your Monica + Andy account. Future eligible purchases will begin earning cashback at the paid membership rate.
- Existing points were converted to cashback at equal value and remain tied to the email address associated with your account.
- When you join, a $150 welcome credit is added to your Monica + Andy account to use toward eligible purchases. Cashback on an order using the welcome credit is calculated on the remaining eligible amount paid after the credit and any other discounts are applied.
- Paid members receive free standard shipping on eligible orders with no minimum purchase required while their membership is active.
- Paid members receive free embroidery up to 15 times per membership year on eligible embroidery purchases. You must be signed in to the account associated with your membership for the benefit to apply.
- Members may receive early access to select seasonal launches, new arrivals, and other Monica + Andy collections. Certain licensed collections may have separate early-access requirements.
- Paid members receive access to elevated support for gifting, product questions, and other shopping needs. Additional details on how to access VIP support will be available through your membership account and member communications.
- Paid members are eligible for a $150 value anniversary gift each membership year. Details on redemption or delivery will be shared with eligible members around their membership anniversary.
- Monica + Andy Membership is an annual membership and renews each year unless canceled before your renewal date. Renewal details and applicable terms will be available when you enroll and in your account.
- You can cancel your membership before your next renewal through your account or by contacting Monica + Andy Customer Service. Cancellation and refund eligibility are subject to the Membership Terms & Conditions.
- Any unexpired cashback already earned remains associated with your Monica + Andy account, subject to its original expiration date. Future purchases will earn cashback according to the Rewards level active on your account at that time.
- Membership benefits apply to eligible Monica + Andy purchases. Taxes, shipping, discounts, gift card purchases, classes, experiences, nursery products, and other specifically excluded items may not qualify for cashback or certain benefits. Additional exclusions may apply as noted in the Membership Terms & Conditions or individual offers.
